Jets 4 – 3 Bolton County Rays

The Jets notched up another win after a 4-3 thriller, in a six-a-side game.

The first half started brilliantly with Aaron scoring a goal in the first minute after bursting through the Bolton defence. The Jets then dominated play, Adam B getting the second with a long range shot from outside the area. James got the third before half time converting a pass from Ted.

The second half was a different game with the Jets letting their lead slip away, Bolton scoring three to level, one of which was a tremendous free kick. However the Jets still created chances, Nathan having a good shot saved, Liam hitting the post and failing to covert several other chances. Oliver also had a couple of good saves. Finally James got the winner with a great piece of individual skill, beating two players and putting it in the top corner.
