A very tightly fought encounter saw Highfield come out with spoils. The Tigers still await there first goal, and win, but everything else on Saturday gelled well, with good passing and movement all around the pitch. Joseph Okeregha came closest to breaking the deadlock, when his shot was agonisingly pushed onto the post by the opposition goalkeeper. Chances also fell to Finlay Armstrong and Daniel Sharpe. But with only seconds before half time, Highfield broke and scored a goal just before the whistle. They added there second midway through the second half. Despite massive pressure towards the end of the game, with Joseph and Cameron Barnes again unlucky not to score, Highfield stood firm to take the win.
